MY APPROACH

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, my focus is on helping adults & young adults understand and work through their emotions and experiences to lead more fulfilling lives. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, as I believe these are some of the most common struggles people face today.

I approach therapy with compassion and curiosity, always striving to understand my clients more deeply. I believe that by gaining insight into our past experiences and how they shape our thoughts and behaviors, we can begin to make positive changes in the present.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a daunting and vulnerable process, which is why I create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I work closely with my clients to help them identify patterns and themes that may contribute to their struggles, and we develop strategies to help them overcome these obstacles.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and we can work together to set achievable goals. I also believe in the power of self-awareness and self-care. I encourage clients to practice self-care methods like journaling, mindfulness, and exercise to support their emotional well-being.

I'm here to listen, understand, and guide you on your journey to better mental and emotional well-being. If you're ready to take the first step towards feeling better, you can click below for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.

I look forward to hearing from you.
